This mod adds a lot of extremely expensive and powerful end game items as well as a lot of random useful bits. I have tried 3 different mod packs. Some big, some small. Just started SF4 and immediately did my usual routine of downloading optifine and some other small mods. After a bit playing I found out that there wasn't builder's wands or any of the mods that add simple auto crafting so I added the two mods for it so I would get more out of the pack. Now I'm wondering what else do all of yall add to your mod packs often?P.S.The mods I added were:Optifine, Ding!, Builder's Wand, Auto Crafter, (shameless plug) World Init, (shameless plug) Sleeping Bag Bed and Storage Drawers. I try to avoid adding mods that add blocks or items or alter gameplay in a major way, even when playing single-player, as I like to play modpacks as the modpack authors intended, but I do add quite a few quality-of-life mods, such as performance-improving mods, bug-fix mods, graphical mods, sound mods, etc. If they’re not already in the pack.Client-side mods (don’t have to be installed on the server and thus can be used on any server):. The best part about mods is that you can always change what you play with.I really like darkosto's work but there are some things that I as a 'developer' feel like I can add and it will only improve the pack rather than break it.And when it comes to tech support its really not an issue for me atleast since I know my way around things enough to fix any issues that come up.
